  • Patrick McCourt

    Developing more than 14,250 single family lots and constructing more than 1,000 homes has refined and intensified Patrick’s ability to efficiently deliver finished product through out the nation. Mr. McCourt has met in the living rooms of land sellers and community groups sharing his clear vision for the highest and best use of their properties.

    Depth of knowledge in commercial land development and construction is included in Mr. McCourt’s expertise. From grocery stores and office buildings to high rise commercial properties totaling more than 525,000 square feet on more than 3 million square feet of land in 30 projects over the years lends a considerable amount of expertise to any project.

    Patrick expanded his repertoire to include managing, procuring and matching borrowers with lenders in various projects. Regulated lenders have testified to the professional and complete packages submitted for review by their boards and loan committees. Clients have expressed their pleasant amazement at the timely and efficient process of closing a transaction managed by Patrick. The vast majority of transactions closed range from $10MM - $150MM. Clients continue to request his involvement in land development projects and financing transactions knowing that if there was any way a transaction could be completed – he would get the job done quickly and completely. In total, Patrick has been instrumental in the placement of nearly $2B of funding over the course of his career.

  • Stephanie Durham

    Stephanie Durham is a highly accomplished visionary executive with extensive experience in all facets of financial reporting including financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, tax impact analysis, asset management, performance models, capital market funding.

    Results oriented - utilizing excellent problem solving and strategic thinking methods. she has a definate tendency to thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining focus on the quality of details.

  • Amanda McMullen

    Amanda McMullen joined Land Pro Group, Inc. in 2016 and serves as the Contracts Administrator. Prior to joining the Land Pro team, Amanda spent four (4) years working in the Bakken oil field of North Dakota where she helped start up an aggregate trucking and logistics company. Amanda previously worked in residential and commercial real estate when she moved to the Seattle area from Michigan in 2005.

    Over her career, Amanda has gained a broad range of expertise in real estate acquisition, disposition, entitlements, title matters and contract management.

    Professionally, Amanda has a BS in Criminal Justice from Central Michigan University. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her young son and husband in Snohomish where they reside.

  • Ryan Larsen

    Ryan C. Larsen joined Land Pro Group, Inc. in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Land Development. Prior to joining the Land Pro team, Ryan spent the previous 22 years’ working in both County and City governments as a land use planner. This period also included a five (5) year stint in the private sector doing land entitlement for Snohomish County’s largest land developer. Ryan spent over ten years serving as Community Development Director in both the City of Anacortes and the City of Stanwood.

    Over his 26-year career, Ryan has gained a broad range of expertise in development, construction, and the land use entitlement process for single family, multi-family, retail, and industrial development projects. With his vast experience in city and county governments, Ryan’s knowledge of local governments ensures an efficient and cost-effective permitting process.

    Professionally, Ryan has a BA in Geography – Land Studies from Central Washington University and a MPA in Public Administration from the University of Washington. He even served on the City of Arlington City Council from 2002 to 2005 and represented the Council on the Community Transit Board from 2004 to 2005.
