    • Meet with Client approved Management Team to review and finalize site design


    • Oversee, monitor and manage design changes with Professionals


    • Present final plans and specifications to Client for review and approval


    • During design and permitting phase, provide estimated cost forecasts and the impact on the estimated final costs, including impact on delivery schedule


    • At regular intervals, as requested by Client, present progress reports on design and permitting


    • Oversee, monitor and manage submittals and processing of plan approvals to the jurisdictional agencies involved

  • Project Management - Construction

    • Oversee, Monitor and Manage preparation of Construction bid documents


    • Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings for approval


    • Review Bids and present to Client with recommendation of contractors and suppliers


    • Compile documents required for Client to enter into contract for the completion of construction


    • Negotiate on behalf of Client adjustments to contracts in order to manage the change order process


    • Collect all invoices from Professionals, Suppliers and Constractors on a regular basis for review of contract compliance
